Iscuron presents his new EP “Spread Your Wings and Fall”, the fifth release in his catalogue, issued as a four-track EP. It follows a series of full-length albums that charted Iscuron’s rise through atmospheric and medieval-inspired black metal, blended with electronic elements: “The Nothing Has Defeated Atreyu” (2021), “The Pursuit of Unhappiness” (2021), “Blackest Forest Soundtracks” (2022), and “Vampire in Perpetual Sunlight” (2023).
Originally released on September 27, 2025, “Spread Your Wings and Fall” is now available on major streaming platforms and Bandcamp.
This EP is designed to be Iscuron’s most musically diverse release to date. The core of black metal fuses with trance-infused electronics and archaic medieval colors, all approached with a cinematic style that leans into space and cosmic black metal.
The title evokes the myth of Icarus, reimagined here through a cosmic perspective.
Iscuron is a one-person project from Northern Italy, recognized for symphonic, atmospheric, and medieval black metal with evocative world-building and conceptual themes.
