Sandmind are a Portuguese heavy metal band formed in October 2022. Built around classic metal riffing and a heavier, more aggressive vocal approach, the band lean into big hooks, weight, and atmosphere, with the kind of historical storytelling that gives their songs a clear identity.

Their debut album, 13 Pragas Infernais, is fully sung in Portuguese and revolves around Ancient Egypt. While finishing this first chapter, the band have already started writing a second album, inspired by Portugal’s 15th-century Age of Discoveries, with some of that material already tested live.
