Temple of Katharsis unleashes their new full-length album, "Worshipers Of The Ancient Necromancy", out now via Theogonia Records.

From the crypts of the Greek black metal underground, Temple of Katharsis return with their second full-length album, “Worshipers Of The Ancient Necromancy”, a harrowing descent into forgotten rituals, arcane forces, and death-soaked mysticism.

Expanding upon the foundations laid by their 2023 debut “Macabre Ritual”, this new offering delves even deeper into the shadows, invoking spectral visions and necromantic lore with unrelenting fury. Blending the chilling atmosphere of Hellenic black metal with the razor-edged ferocity of the Scandinavian tradition, Temple of Katharsis summons a sound both raw and ritualistic... commanding, unholy, and steeped in occult fire.

Lyrically drenched in themes of ancient sorcery, spiritual decay, and the transcendence of death through forbidden rites, “Worshipers Of The Ancient Necromancy” is a sacrament to the old gods, a portal to the cryptic realms beyond flesh and time.

Vocals were recorded at H12 Audio, with guitars and bass captured at O.A.R Music Sound and drums at Redhouse Studios, before the album was mixed and mastered at H12 Audio for maximum ritual intensity.

The visual manifestation of this work, from artwork to layout, was brought to life by Wolf’s Path, sealing the album’s unholy aesthetic.
