Spanish Melodic Death Metal band EMPIRE OF DISEASE have unveiled a video for the first single from their upcoming third full-length album, While Everything Collapses, set for release on March 19th via Xtreem Music on CD and digital formats.

EMPIRE OF DISEASE hail from Bilbao (Spain) and were formed in 2015 under the name Nightmare Within. In 2018, they adopted their current name and went on to release the EP Silence is Violence in 2019 and the album With All My Hate in 2021, establishing their reputation within the Spanish metal scene.

In 2023, the band signed with Xtreem Music for the release of their second album, Shadows in the Abyss, after which they toured extensively throughout Spain and Europe. In 2025, EMPIRE OF DISEASE returned to the studio to record their new album, While Everything Collapses, once again to be released by Xtreem Music. This upcoming record is sure to please fans of bands such as THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER and similar acts.
