[news] Tomi Perrakoski announces new solo album "Homeland"; First Single "Sitting Bull" Out Now

Tomi Perrakoski, host and producer of Metal Madness Weekly and singer of Magnadur, releases his new solo single "Sitting Bull".

The track is the first taste of Perrakoski's second solo album, Homeland, which will follow on June 19th, 2026. The upcoming record is centred on Native American history and marks a new chapter in his solo work.

Both the single and the album carry a stronger melodic focus while still drawing from the heavy roots that shaped Perrakoski's work so far. With Homeland, he moves into a more thematic and fully realised space, using the album format to build around a clear historical concept.

Known to many through Metal Madness Weekly and Magnadur, Perrakoski now turns back to his solo material with a release that sets up the full album ahead of its summer arrival. "Sitting Bull" opens that campaign with the first look at the sound and direction of Homeland.
