Metanoia, the third full-length album from Autumn Nostalgie, continues the project’s introspective path rooted in spiritual reflection, philosophical solitude, and existential struggle. Inspired by the works of Nietzsche, Kierkegaard, and Patočka, the album meditates on withdrawal from worldly chaos, internal transformation, and the search for meaning beyond the tangible.

With an atmosphere deeply rooted in melancholia and metaphysical inquiry, the album departs from shallow sentimentality and embraces a darker, more contemplative soundscape. It also includes a personal instrumental homage to Hypomanie, a band that emotionally impacted the project’s founder.
