Produced by Preston DiCarlo at Master Audio Works (formerly Modern Audio Works), the track explores the cycle of life and death through a mix of crushing death-thrash aggression and sharp melodic flourishes.
Inspired by a real-life encounter with a dead possum and a creative spark from Kimmi Rudolph of The Metal Deli Podcast, the song reflects on mortality with both fury and finesse.
"Spillage" earned the Best Rock/Metal Song at the 2023 Hollywood Independent Music Awards, cementing the band’s status as a rising force in the independent metal scene and paving the way for their upcoming album Les Angst ov Thanatou.
