UK death/groove metal band VEIL PIERCER will release their debut EP "This Will Not Be Painless..." on October 6th, 2026 through Prog On! Recordings. The release will be available in digital format, on LP and on CD.
Formed in June 2025, VEIL PIERCER recorded the EP just seven months later with Joe Clayton at No Studio in Manchester. The five-track release is built around the slower, heavier and more slamming side of extreme metal, with a strong focus on groove, weight and direct impact.
The band features members connected to Lifeswallower, Enochian Theory and Cult of the Skull.
